Impacting Communities
We are a non-profit organization committed to building unity and bringing dignity to the forgotten people of the San Quintin Valley, through education and practical humanitarian care.
We believe that the best and most sustainable way to effect change is to come alongside indigenous leaders, communities, and churches and to partner with them. This provides One Life with a better pulse on the local community and a clearer understanding of how to address the needs of its people.
One Life dreams of a San Quintin Valley where all people are housed, fed, educated and holistically cared for.
Testimonials
If this ministry wasn’t operating, many homes wouldn’t exist. Many youths wouldn’t be reached, many families wouldn’t have been blessed; I wouldn’t be blessed in the same way. All the ministry has been doing in the San Quintin Valley is so important, so valuable.

To be completely honest I was fearful of what [volunteering] would mean or what that would actually look like. I was scared of being pushed out of my comfort zone…. I have been blown away by the long-standing relationships built year after year, particularly, in the local pastors. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have encountered that type of love for one another.

I remember growing up I always wanted to leave my town, and here I am coming back to the place that I was running away from. I have been working as an interpreter for One Life. … I know that I am responsible for helping people communicate… I also have been in parts of my community that I did not know existed, such as the dump, where people, including children, live in very sad conditions
